Restricted Certificate Holders

In August of 2007 the Alberta Insurance Council published a notice to all restricted certificate holders alerting them to their responsibilities under the Act and Regulations. At the same time a notice was sent to all insurers who recommend these certificate. Copies of these documents are available at the links below.

The Alberta Insurance Council indicated that it would be conducting compliance audits in regard to these requirements and that process is currently underway.
